Job Description

Operations Supervisor- Nights We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing company and lead night shift production operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and making a direct impact on plant performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Watertown, NY Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and performance goals are achieved. Coach, train, and develop production employees to build a high-performing team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. Ensure production schedules are met through effective use of labor, equipment, and resources. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve issues and improve plant performance. Maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards including FDA, SQF, GMP, and HACCP. Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies. Support employee relations, performance management, and team engagement initiatives. Manage shift staffing and communication between departments. Promote a positive culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and employee development.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience required Experience leading and developing production teams. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and safety requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems preferred. Must be able to work night shift 9PM-5
AM Pay:
$74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
