We are looking for an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, nutrition education, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of nutrition and food safety.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the dietary staff. Ensure that all dietary staff are properly trained and certified. Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures. Create and monitor menus to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Monitor food production and ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations. Order supplies and equipment as needed. Maintain records of patient diets, menus, and nutritional requirements.
