As a Dining Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining program, ensuring that every meal is delicious, nutritious, and tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Your expertise will enable us to create memorable dining experiences that foster a sense of community, hospitality, and joy among our residents.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative dining programs that promote resident engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being Collaborate with our culinary team to design and deliver customized menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure exceptional quality and presentation Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste Monitor and address resident feedback and concerns, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and loyalty Supervise and mentor a team of culinary professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities Comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards for food safety and sanitation Apply Today!
