Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring seamless transactions Upsell menu items and beverage options to maximize sales and promote specials effectively Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and supporting kitchen operations when needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, serving, and food handling duties to support smooth restaurant operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles within upscale or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience working in a nightclub or sports bar setting is advantageous Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing accuracy Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Join us at our upscale Sports Restaurant Downtown where every shift is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.
