Requirements:

As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or shift management experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Dependable, organized, and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
