Little Caesars, operated by Northeastern Food Services Inc. , is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the General Manager and Shift Leaders while ensuring excellent service, food quality, and team performance.
What You'll Do:
Assist in supervising and training crew members and shift leaders Ensure excellent customer service and product quality standards Help manage labor, food prep, and daily operations Enforce company policies, safety standards, and food safety procedures Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and deposits Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Resolve customer and employee issues professionally Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits (Eligibility May Vary): Health & Dental Insurance Flexible Scheduling Growth and Advancement Opportunities Northeastern Food Services Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
