POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Supervisor is responsible for leading and maintaining all training systems across Bada Bean Bada Booze locations. This role ensures onboarding, product education, and operational standards are executed consistently across café and bar teams. In addition to training leadership, this role supports inventory controls, ordering systems, and light administrative responsibilities. The Regional Supervisor serves as the operational intermediary between Café and Bar Leads and Senior Managers, reinforcing structure, accountability, and consistency across locations Leadership Expectations Acts as the connector between Leads and Senior Managers. Coaches proactively and addresses issues in the moment. Maintains training discipline without creating operational bottlenecks. Supports operational consistency across multiple locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Training & Development (Primary Responsibility)
Onboarding & Program Development:
Develop and refine comprehensive training programs for all new hires. Build structured onboarding timelines and ensure completion. c. Assist with training execution and verify competency milestones. d. Ensure training materials remain current and operationally aligned.
Training Audits & Maintenance:
Conduct monthly audits of training documents for accuracy. Complete bi-yearly training maintenance sessions for all employees. Implement feedback systems to continuously improve training effectiveness. Write and administer product knowledge and service tests.
Ongoing Education & Engagement:
Facilitate ancillary training opportunities with Beverage Manager and Café SME. Reinforce service standards through structured learning initiatives. Inventory & Ordering Oversight Assist with ordering based on approved par sheets. Upload invoices into BevSpot. Complete and report monthly inventory counts. Review inventory performance with AGM as needed. Administrative & Operational Support Ensure weekly cleaning tasks are completed. Complete bank runs including deposits and petty cash management. Assist Senior Manager as secondary witness in HR conversations when required. Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback. Perform all duties under daily operations as needed.
Note:
This role may involve additional responsibilities not listed here. The General Manager may delegate tasks but is ultimately responsible for their completion and success. The role requires adaptation to dynamic business needs and collaboration with various teams for overall success.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be 21 years or older. Previous restaurant, coffee shop, or bar management experience preferred. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with daytime, and evening shifts. Eagerness to learn and expand on coffee and bar knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment. The ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs is critical. Ability to lift 15-50lbs regularly, stand for extended periods daily (6-8 hours) and ability to move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts. Ability to handle cash and manage the register.
