We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Shift Leader / Manager to help oversee daily operations in a busy pizza shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, working in a fast-paced food service environment, and making sure every customer has a great experience. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for running evening shifts, supporting team members, maintaining food quality, handling customer service situations, and helping keep the store clean, organized, and efficient. This position offers weekly pay , a monthly bonus opportunity , and a flexible schedule , with shifts mainly in the evenings. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during your shift Ensure pizzas, subs, sides, and other menu items are made correctly and efficiently Maintain high standards for food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and speed Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures Help manage prep, stocking, inventory, and product rotation Make sure team members follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies Assist with training new employees and supporting current staff Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining/customer areas clean and organized Help create a positive, respectful, and hardworking team environment Support the store manager with daily operations as needed Skills & Qualifications Previous pizza shop, restaurant, fast food, or food service experience preferred Prior shift leader, supervisor, assistant manager, or keyholder experience is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized during busy rushes Comfortable handling money, POS systems, and customer service issues Reliable, punctual, and able to work mainly evening shifts Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Benefits Paid weekly Monthly bonus opportunity Flexible scheduling Mostly evening shifts Opportunity to grow into a larger management role Fun, fast-paced team environment About the Role This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build leadership experience in the pizza/restaurant industry while being rewarded for strong performance.
