Restaurant Shift Leader: Wage + Tips

McAlister's Deil is hiring for the following all shifts & positions: Shift Manager = $14-15/hr + Tips The Shift Manager will oversees daily front-of-house & back-of-house operations during their scheduled shifts. Key duties include delegating tasks to crew members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, managing inventory, and handling customer service issues. The Shift Manager helps ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.

Team Leadership:

assign tasks, train new staff, and motivate the team during busy peak hours.

Customer Service:

Ensure guests receive high-quality food quickly and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Inventory & Ordering:

Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure all areas of the restaurant are fully stocked.

Administrative & Cash Management:

Track daily revenues, balance cash registers, and prepare shift reports. Next day pay is available. Must have reliable transportation.
