Weekend & Shift Differential Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor on night shift for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility. Job responsibilities for our Registered Nurse Supervisors include but are not limited to the following: Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Assist with resident comfort Direct the day-to-day functions of the CNA's in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility. Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested. Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Complete accident/incident reports as necessary. Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON. Registered Nurse (RN)

Skills:

Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License Up to date CPR certification Willingness to work weekends and holidays Exceptional staff training and customer service skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor •Every other weekend and holiday rotation•
