Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations to ensure food safety compliance. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly. Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks such as food prep, customer service, and cleaning in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or a quick service/fast food restaurant is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math, and handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
