Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Dietary Manager Love food? Love people? Lead both! We're looking for a Mobile Dietary Manager who's equal parts kitchen commander, budget boss, and resident favorite. If you can whip up a meal plan, keep a kitchen sparkling, and lead a team with heart, we want YOU! What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Recipe for Success): Oversee meal production for our long-term care residents Make sure every plate is safe, tasty, and tailored to therapeutic diets Keep food, labor, and supply costs in check Coordinate orders like a pro—no one likes running out of coffee or ketchup Keep the kitchen spotless and infection-free Manage daily and deep-cleaning schedules like a boss Hire, train, schedule, and support your foodservice crew Be the mentor they didn't know they needed Collaborate with dietitians to meet resident preferences Attend care conferences and resident council meetings Meet new residents and make them feel right at home What You Bring to the
Table:
Willingness to take (or already passed) the
CDM/CFPP
