Lead and Inspire:

Drive Process Improvement:

Apply lean manufacturing techniques to maximize productivity and minimize costs, always searching for smarter, more efficient ways to operate.

Collaborate & Problem-Solve:

Identify and resolve challenges as they arise, keeping your team moving forward toward success.

Track Performance:

Ensure accurate daily reporting of all production data and metrics. Build a

Requirements 3-5 years of supervisory experience as a supervisor or team lead in manufacturing Positive, can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities Proven record in delivering results and managing conflict Strong employee relations skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication Focus on internal and external customer service Demonstrates integrity, honesty, practicality, consistency, clarity, and a constructive approach Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to lift up to 40lbs. as needed.
