Qualifications & Experience Requirements Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio Previous Long Term Care nursing experience required Previous supervisory/management experience required Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN Program.
