Agape is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant serving fresh and flavorful bowls, salads, and pitas. We are passionate about developing our people through hands-on training, personal development coaching, and clear paths for upward mobility. As a Shift Lead , you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues with professionalism Assist in training and coaching new team members Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met Oversee food prep and execution to maintain consistency and freshness Manage shift flow, including opening/closing responsibilities Help maintain inventory, restock stations, and keep the restaurant organized Perks of Working at Agape Free food (yes, really FREE) Competitive pay in a well-staffed, team-oriented environment Participation in our shared tip pool Holiday closures Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunities for advancement with a rapidly growing brand What We're Looking For A natural leader with a positive, enthusiastic attitude Someone who loves serving others and building strong teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (but not required) Job Requirements Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation Stand and/or walk for extended periods (this role is constantly in motion) Frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs Grow With Us At Agape, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
