Shift Leader (Supervisor) Back of House (Kitchen) | Front of House (Dining Room) | Drive Thru
LEADERSHIP + TEAM DEVELOPMENT + OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Shift Leaders serve as the leaders of the shift. They set goals, create accountability, coach team members, solve problems, and help the team achieve exceptional results. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, Shift Leaders ensure every guest receives remarkable service while helping team members grow and succeed. This role may focus primarily in one of three leadership areas: Back of House (Kitchen) Front of House (Dining Room) Drive Thru ROLE The Shift Leader (Supervisor) is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by winning shifts through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.
AVAILABILITY
Preferred availability of 25-40 hours/week Minimum of 3 supervised shifts per week Must provide either: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM availability 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM availability Open availability
PAY RATE
Full-Time:
$20.25-$22.00/hour
Part-Time:
$17.00-$18.25/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and coach team members throughout the shift Set goals and expectations that drive performance Create accountability while building trust and team unity Lead shift huddles and daily communication Solve problems and respond quickly to guest and team needs Ensure food safety, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards are upheld Develop team members through coaching, encouragement, and feedback Execute daily operational systems and procedures Help create a caring, encouraging, and high-performing team culture Deliver remarkable guest experiences through strong leadership

LEADERSHIP AREAS
Back of House (Kitchen) Lead food production, food safety, kitchen systems, inventory, and operational excellence while ensuring every guest receives perfect food served quickly and accurately. Front of House (Dining Room) Lead hospitality, guest care, dining room excellence, and front counter operations while creating memorable experiences for every guest. Drive Thru Lead speed, accuracy, hospitality, and throughput while ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years old upon hire Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to coach and develop others Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and move throughout shifts Ability to lead with urgency and professionalism Must complete ServSafe Manager Certification Must participate in FTS opportunities
