Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor to lead our banquet service team in delivering exceptional event experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth coordination between culinary, service, and management teams. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold high standards of food safety and hospitality, and create memorable occasions for our guests. Duties Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Coordinate with culinary staff to oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control for all banquet offerings Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a motivated and well-trained team Oversee inventory control for banquet supplies, linens, and food items to prevent waste and ensure availability Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Monitor compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols throughout all banquet activities Assist with budgeting, cost control, and maintaining high standards of hospitality management during events Experience Proven supervising or management experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment, preferably within a banquet or catering setting Extensive knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Strong background in team management, staff training & development, and interviewing candidates for hospitality roles Experience in restaurant management or hotel banquet operations is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to oversee shift management, inventory control, and food production processes Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry Join us as a Banquet Supervisor to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating unforgettable events.
