Service Supervisor - Second Shift - Full Time

We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our supervisor team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.2. Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule3. Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees4. Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees5. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.6. Other duties as assigned.

Second shift works 1:45pm 10:30pmHours may change during summer and breaks in the school year

Experience:

Management and leadership experience Basic food handling Microsoft Office, emails, word documents, etc Proficient in written and verbal communication skillsMust be effective with: Effective communication skills Reliable Team player Working well under pressure

Multi-taskingPhysical Demands/Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsEnvironment may include hot, humid or cold conditions.
