CREW MEMBER
Crew members deliver a high-quality experience by prepping, baking, and serving our signature products directly from our mobile food truck. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to keep operations moving smoothly. Prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other menu items. Greet truck guests and take orders in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food truck workstations.
SHIFT LEAD
The Shift Lead directs daily food truck operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and mobile workplace safety. Monitor truck employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling. Assist with training and onboarding new food truck team members. Prep, bake, and serve products while delivering excellent customer service.
