Team Member Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Prepare and serve food according to company standards Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction . Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. Manage food handling and safety protocols. Communicate in a positive manner with customers, co-workers and management Comply with uniform and appearance standards set by KFC Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Must have a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Supervise 10 to 12 employees per shift in a very fast paced restaurant Prepare and serve food according to company standards Provide excellent customer service Manage food handling and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant Communicate in a positive manner to customers and staff Comply with uniform and appearance standards set by KFC Must have reliable transportation Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Must be team-oriented and have great communication skills Ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to our team?
