In this role, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations, support team members, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive dining experience in our fast-paced buffet environment. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising restaurant staff, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring food quality and cleanliness standards are consistently met. This position also includes assisting with team training, monitoring buffet presentation and freshness, handling customer concerns professionally, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and able to lead by example while working efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment are essential. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
