Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Multi-Unit Leader to oversee a 6-unit patch.
Key Responsibilities Talent & Culture:
Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier General Managers. Build a strong bench of future leaders.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all locations consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences, food safety, and brand standards.
Financial Accountability:
Manage P&L, drive sales growth, and optimize labor and food costs across the entire market.

Implement localized marketing strategies and community engagement to build brand loyalty. What We are
Looking For Proven Multi-Unit Experience:
2+ years of successful experience managing multiple quick-service or fast-casual restaurant locations.
People-First Mentality:
A track record of developing leaders and maintaining low turnover.
Strong Financial Acumen:
Deep understanding of restaurant P&L, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
Flexibility:
Ability to travel regularly between the 6 designated units within the region. Benefits & Package Competitive base salary with an achievable monthly bonus structure. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
