Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations What we're looking for in you: 2+ years of operations experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry 1+ year of direct supervisory experience Flexibility with open availability, including nights and weekends You must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States OLCC license required Food Handler's certification Energy, attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality Effective communication and the ability to anticipate customer needs Quick decision-making and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Team collaboration skills to achieve shared goals
Physical Requirements:
As a member of our team, you will be working in a kitchen environment. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will be asked to operate traditional restaurant equipment. Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. You will be expected to comply with all public health requirements.
Working Conditions:
High noise levels due to operations, guests and overhead music Ability to work in close quarters and around heat May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on shop (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order car side to the guest Varying schedule to include opening and closing shifts, holidays and extended hours as business dictates Handle cooked or raw meat and possible allergens including soy, wheat, dairy, strawberries and/or coconut
