Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping operations, including dock scheduling, unloading, and product inspection. Ensure timely and accurate put-away of inbound products. Track inbound KPIs such as receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and vendor compliance. Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies. Train, coach, and evaluate shipping staff to maintain high performance and compliance. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for inbound operations. Perform operational responsibilities including shift openings/closings and payroll reporting. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area. Recommend process improvements to increase inbound efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations. Knowledge of inbound processes and receiving compliance standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Forklift and OSHA certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three to five years of relevant warehouse experience (including 2+ year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Ability to understand the Logistics process and procedure especially in Safety of Workers, Materials and Equipment's; Planning ahead for future progress in controlling and provide service to a customer and company objectives; Troubleshooting and problem solving at the right time and take positive reaction. Decision making; Engagements and relations between the workers; Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20 to 100 pounds.
