Job Description
This is for the Auntie Anne's Pretzels location at Clackamas Town Center Above all, candidate must be a people person. One who is does not shy away from talking with guests. That's where customer relations are established with us.
Duties of each positions include:
MANAGERS
- Managing a crew of up to 8 employees
- Understanding strengths and weaknesses and utilizing those strengths of employees to maximize production/revenue.
- communication goals and strategies with employees
- Managing store budgets through product purchasing and labor.
- Completing store work schedules two weeks in advance.
- Must have reliable transportation to run errands needed for the store.
- Must attain a Food Handlers Card compliant with the State of Oregon(if one is not present at the time of hire, you have 30 days to attain one)
- Cash Handling duties include: Making bank runs, balancing till and nightly completing daily reconciliation paperwork)
SALES ASSOCIATES
- No baking experience needed(we train in store and must meet certain criteria before continuing)
- Must have a teachable spirit. (we will make mistakes, lets learn from those and keep going!)
- Must have a sense of urgency when preparing product and helping our guests
- Must treat each of our guests as it is their first time.
- But most of all, lets have fun!
