Full Time Team Members Essential Functions:
Supervise restaurant staff. Responsible for training all service staff in established food and beverage service standards. Coach, counsel and discipline staff. Assign work duties and side work to employees, and follow up to ensure assigned duties are completed. Respond to, and resolve, customer issues and complaints. Assist with menu and beverage planning. Maximize profitability by constantly monitoring labor costs, food and beverage costs as well as departmental expenses. Perform and supervise all inventories, including wine, liquor, china, glassware and silverware. Control inventory and maintain adequate supplies. Ensure financial margins meet budget. Comply with weekly and monthly forecasting procedures. Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed during each meal period. Organize daily pre-shift meetings as a communication tool between management and employees. Ensure sanitation and safety programs meet regulatory OSHA standards and best practices. Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions. Maintain a good working relationship with all departments. Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of progressive experience in high quality food and beverage operations. One year of management experience preferred. Possession of government required licenses or certificates. Possess excellent interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction and excellent verbal communication and presentations skills. Computer proficient.
Ability to:
Work with minimal supervision. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Work as part of a team. Communicate effectively. Receive and follow both verbal and written instructions. Work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
