Compensation:
$12 - $16 per hour
Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the food service industry. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred.
