You will assist in overseeing The Tap Room, 1741 on The Terrace, Musical Sunday Brunch and when in season our Patio. You will oversee our servers, hostess, bartenders, server assistants and expo for the shift you are working to ensure the quality-of-service Hotel Bethlehem has achieved for over 100 years. This is a great position to start your restaurant management career. Skills Required Working in a Team Environment Putting Guests First Multi-Tasking Leadership Compensation $20 per hour, will also take into consideration past performance and position Qualifications Great Track Record of Working in Restaurants A Leader that Inspires Others to be their Best Seeking Input from Staff to Help with Growth Understanding of Open Table Understanding of Micros A Basic Knowledge of Liquor, Wine, Beer and Food There will be a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and a nationwide criminal background check.
