We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. As a key team member, you will inspire staff, manage shift responsibilities, and uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while working in a lively, customer-focused setting. This position is for our closing manager position. Typical hours are 4:00 to 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Very chilled & relaxed environment. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations during your shift, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness. Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive work environment. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation. Monitor food production processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. Assist with shift management tasks ensuring compliance with health regulations.
