Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Shift Leader and take charge of ensuring smooth, efficient, and exceptional service during your shift! In this energetic role, you will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and to company standards Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols Manage food handling and preparation processes to maintain quality and compliance with food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Control inventory levels by monitoring & restocking and minimizing waste Train new staff members on food service procedures, safety standards, and customer engagement techniques Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising or management experience in hospitality or food service environments Skilled in inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling procedures Ability to train staff effectively while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment Experience with budgeting, food production, catering, or banquet operations is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence in casual or fine dining settings This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in fast-paced environments.
