We are a specialized 90-day residential treatment facility dedicated to supporting women on their journey to recovery and wellness. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a structured, therapeutic environment. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across all shifts. SUMMARY Responsible for the safety and welfare of both staff and clients in the program, as well as the maintenance of the physical plant during the shift hours. Responsible for treatment planning implementation and therapeutic direction for all clients within the residential program. Responsible for child care issues, structure/routines, and management-related activities during the shift. Responsible for coordinating and implementing group therapy, recreational, and community-related activities. What You'll Do As a RN Shift Supervisor, you will: Provide direct supervision of staff during assigned shifts Ensure the safety, security, and overall well-being of youth and facility Coordinate group and individual therapy in collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator Monitor and oversee all shift documentation (logs, journals, medication logs, EMR entries) Facilitate and support therapeutic groups and specialized programming Provide individual and group counseling as needed Direct staff in service delivery and therapeutic interventions Monitor compliance with DPW regulations and DTAC policies and procedures Respond to and manage crisis situations using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches Participate in weekly management meetings, staff meetings, and on-call rotation Assist with staff training, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary processes Attend treatment team reviews, court hearings, and external appointments when scheduled Advocate for youth and promote a healthy therapeutic milieu Support program development and identify areas for improvement Who You Are A confident and ethical leader who models professionalism Skilled in crisis intervention and adolescent behavioral health Strong communicator who can collaborate with clinical, administrative, and residential teams Organized and detail-oriented with documentation oversight experience Committed to trauma-informed care and therapeutic structure Calm under pressure and capable of making sound decisionsWhat You Need Education:
Bachelor's degree plus one year of relevant experience, or an Associate degree plus three years of relevant experience required. This position supports both 1st and 2nd shift operations and requires availability seven days per week, including weekends as scheduled. Experience & Training Minimum of two years of adolescent care experience Extensive training in counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions Knowledge of residential treatment operations Understanding of trauma-informed practices and behavioral management Why DTAC?
