Job Overview We are seeking motivated and energetic 1st and 2nd Shift Supervisors to lead our cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of service. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain quality control across various client sites. Your leadership will be vital in creating a positive work environment while driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning operations during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and adhere to safety protocols Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with procurement as needed Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, and equipment use Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with client specifications and company policies Handle customer inquiries or issues promptly, maintaining excellent client relationships Skills Proven experience supervising cleaning personnel in healthcare and office settings Ability to multi-task and manage 15-20 accounts Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, management, and development Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced janitorial setting Skilled in shift management and customer service excellence Background in cleaning/maintenance management is highly desirable Effective communicator with experience in interviewing, team management, and training & development
