Restaurant Supervisor Overview:

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will demonstrate a high level of service, attention to detail for exceptional guests' satisfaction and positive associate relations. We are looking for a food & beverage professional with leadership and organizational skills to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising hotel restaurant operations. Administrative skills. Greeting guests and responding to queries or concerns in a timely manner. Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service. Expediting orders as needed. Assist Manager in maintaining food and beverage inventory. Monitoring cash flow and settling outstanding bills. Schedule appropriately with Manager. Time management and problem-solving skills. Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs. Assisting in training and mentoring new associates. Supervising, supporting and working shifts. Communicating with culinary and kitchen teams.

Job Requirements:

If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you: Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills. Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Must pas a background check. Ability to follow instructions.
