Kitchen Team Leader (full-time)

Mel's Pizzeria is looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead our back-of-house team. This role is responsible for maintaining food quality, ensuring efficient service, upholding safety standards and creating a positive, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, calm under pressure, and passionate about great food and teamwork.
