Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Pizza Service Team Member and become the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional food service by preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Duties Prepare high-quality pizzas and food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cashiering duties Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen surfaces Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to customers Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change or totals Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Ability to perform cashiering duties with basic math skills for transactions and retail math understanding Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential Join us in creating a lively dining atmosphere where every guest leaves happy!
