As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee staff performance, uphold food safety standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your energetic leadership will motivate team members, manage operational tasks efficiently, and maintain the highest quality of service during your shift. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities, ensuring efficient food preparation and service delivery Lead and motivate team members through training, coaching, and performance management to foster a positive work environment Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Control inventory levels through monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food management Assist with kitchen operations including cooking, food production, and quality control to meet customer expectations Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience during each shift Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety regulations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising restaurant operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Background in hospitality management or restaurant experience in casual dining or fine dining environments preferred Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us if you're passionate about leading teams in a lively restaurant setting!
