Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, quick service and casual dining environment. As a Shift Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all team members deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to company standards. Oversee about 8 to 12 staff members Control inventory levels through effective stock management. Handle cash transactions with precision, balancing registers at the end of each shift. Assist inTraining new staff members on food handling, safety protocols, POS operation, and customer service expectations. Enforce food safety standards and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Foster a positive team environment through coaching, development opportunities, and recognition of staff achievements. Experience Experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Demonstrated leadership skills in training staff, supervising teams, and managing shift operations Previous restaurant experience a plus but not required Ability to handle cash accurately while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate team members and resolve customer concerns promptly.
