Compensation:

$12 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior experience in the food service industry. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred.
