Will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food; preparing and reviewing service reports and schedules; setting goals and deadlines and supervising procedures to ensure and improve customer service; communicating and negotiating with merchants and suppliers to order food equipment, special ingredients, and other supplies; compiling and balancing cash receipts at the end of the day or shift; conducting meetings and collaborating with other personnel for menu planning, serving arrangements, and related details. Position will be 40 hours per week. Must have at least 2 years of work experience in food service supervision or related field. Position will be at our office located at 3131 Walnut Street, Unit 1B, Philadelphia, PA, 19104.
