Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.

Availability:

Tuesday

• Saturday workweek.

Availability to be flexible, with a combination of opening and closing shifts (between 7:00am-6:30pm) Saturdays are required.

Age Requirement:

Must be 18 years or older.

Hourly Pay :

$21.00, depending on experience

DAILY OPERATIONS

The Assistant Kitchen Team Lead's primary responsibility is to execute the following: Leads food production team by making sandwiches, wraps, boxing deli salads, preparing and packing baked goods. Slicing, weighing, packaging of sliced meats, cheeses and deli salads. Supporting the juice + espresso bar and café as needed. Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving. Stocks and fills the ready to eat & grab and go areas; ensures tag and pricing accuracy. Understands and performs applicable KWF inventory management functions. Works with Store Manager & Food Service Category Manager to closely maintain all elements of department sales performance. Ensure team members follow procedures with daily production sheets and food preparation in order to increase efficiency. Works with Café Department Head and Food Service Category Manager to be aware of weekly schedule and food prep needs. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware. TEAM & LEADERSHIP

Participate in the hiring, evaluation, training, coaching and development of staff members in collaboration with the SM. Participates in scheduled management and departmental meetings to ensure core operational functions are followed. Servant leader; fostering team development and cohesion through service to each other. Participates in Manger on duty assignments as needed. Requirements

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES

Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell)

• the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers. Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects
