Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service. Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards. Coach, train, and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction. Lead by example on the floor, modeling warm, professional, and unscripted hospitality. Monitor quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery. Assist in managing scheduling, labor control, and inventory to support financial goals. Handle guest feedback with care, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations. Partner with culinary, banquet, and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, positivity, and empowerment within the department. Who You Are A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with authenticity. Passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality, with a strong eye for detail. Skilled in motivating and coaching team members to deliver their best. Approachable and engaging, able to connect with both guests and colleagues. Organized and dependable, balancing guest satisfaction with operational needs. Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory experience in food & beverage preferred, ideally in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining setting.
