Dining Supervisor at LEIBYS RESTAURANT

Leibys Restaurant in Tamaqua, PA is looking for a Dining Supervisor / Maitre d'hotel to join our team. We are located on 848 West Penn Pike. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction and interact with customers while performing duties Ensure assigned tasks are completed by fellow employees Proactively assist fellow staff members when necessary Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, service quality and timeliness via observation and routine checks Help ensure consistency in service and product Assist in training new employees and introducing them to the established practices and procedures Qualifications Ability to listen and communicate effectively Excellent customer service and people skills Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a management/supervisory role preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals. We are essentially looking for assistance with ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests and the quality of our end products including consistent portion sizing and product presentation. The majority of scheduled shifts would be during the mid-day time period, however the ideal candidate should be flexible to also work in the morning or at night depending on the needs of the business and also have weekend availability. Candidates should also be able and willing to learn the tasks and responsibilities of fellow employees to better train and assist them when needed. We look forward to receiving your application!
