Duties Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow from food preparation to customer service. Supervise and support team members, including training new staff and providing ongoing development opportunities. Manage food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations. Utilize Toast POS systems to process orders, handle cash transactions, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal food supplies. Ensure quality standards are met in food production, presentation, and service delivery. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of Toast POS systems for efficient transaction processing preferred. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff training & development. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Familiarity with food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling standards. Leadership qualities with experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
