Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, inquiries, and special requests to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales and customer satisfaction Manage food handling responsibilities including sanitation, proper storage, and adhering to health regulations Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen stations through bussing and sanitation practices Handle cash transactions with accuracy, perform basic math calculations for change, and record sales diligently Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between food prep, sales, and customer interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in retail or grocery store environments involving serving or cashiering roles is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the food industry.
