2nd Shift Lead Machine Operator needed in Allentown, PA! PeopleShare is partnered with a well established manufacturing company on their search for a Lead Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operator experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth production processes and consistent quality.

Operate and oversee production machinery to ensure efficiency and safety Provide leadership and guidance to production team members Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production problems promptly Perform routine quality checks to meet company standards Maintain accurate records and documentation as required Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Prior machine operator experience (required) Previous lead or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexibility to train on 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift schedule PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
