Nutrition Shift Coordinator

Job Summary The Nutrition Shift Coordinator :

Oversees Retail Food service staff during shift Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail food service areas. Provides job and service training for new and existing employees. Ensures efficient, safe, and reliable retail meal service. Verifies all cash drawers are reconciled and returned to safe. Performs area opening and closing procedures. Interacts with customers to provide optimal service. Completes temperature and cleaning logs. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Position utilizes a computerized Point-of-Sale system Works in the role Food Service Worker Retail in addition to shift coordinator responsibilities. Work environment contains hot food preparation and holding equipment, Walk-in Refrigerators/Freezers, walking between retail units, use of Food grade cleaning chemicals.

Work Schedule:

Full Time, Alternating Shifts (5:30am-2pm & 11am-7:30pm). Weekend and holiday rotation included. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements High School Diploma
