Job Description

Job Overview Heritage Hills Athletic Club (HHAC) is a privately owned fitness and sports facility. We are seeking a dedicated, responsible person to join the leadership team in our Athletic Club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the sports and fitness industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, focusing on day-to-day operations of the facility, administrational duties and exceptional customer service. Duties Exhibit leadership and serve as an example to employees in professionalism and work ethic. Oversee daily operations of the facility, including the gym and the sports arena. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance of equipment and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in customer service and other assigned duties. Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during operational hours. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Support GM in implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive member experience. Process all computer transactions, including new memberships, day passes, etc. Lead in and support all activities and events. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role. (within the athletics industry is preferred, but not required) Experience in training staff members. Excellent communication skills.
