Job Description
Help us grow a fast expanding events program!
Our special events business has grown five-fold in the last 3 years, and we re looking for an experienced Banquet Lead to help build and strengthen the operation as we continue to grow.
We need someone with strong hospitality experience who can stay calm when things get busy, lead by example, and jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on leadership role, you ll be working alongside a dedicated team, helping execute events while supporting and training staff.
This is a hybrid position. While banquets and events are the primary focus, shifts may also include supporting operations in the front of house at the restaurant, coffee cart, or beverage carts during slower event periods. We re looking for someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and wants to be part of the bigger picture.
Hospitality and banquet experience is mandatory.
A typical event day might include:
Rolling tables and setting linensPrepping banquet spaces for buffet or plated serviceServing, bussing, assisting BOH, and helping events run smoothlyTeardown, repacking dishes, silverware, and service equipmentTraining and supporting banquet staff during eventsAssisting with scheduling and staff deploymentWorking directly with event coordinators, clients, and guests to create a great experienceSupporting restaurant, coffee, or beverage cart operations when neededThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, likes variety in their day, and takes pride in making events come together successfully.
