Mon - Fri 8:30AM - 5PM What you will do The Lead Material Coordinator is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the end-to-end operations of the National Loaner program. This role serves as the team's primary process expert and escalation point, driving daily operational rhythm and ensuring consistency across inbound, outbound, and coordination functions. Own and oversee the National Loaner process end-to-end, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards Monitor daily operations across all functional areas, taking corrective action to maintain efficiency and service levels Serve as the primary escalation point, resolving complex issues while balancing urgency, inventory constraints, and branch needs Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures, ensuring process consistency and data accuracy across WebOps and ERP systems Lead daily huddles, coordinate workload distribution, and communicate priorities and key issues across the team Ensure system alignment by overseeing ERP transactions, WebOps activity, and inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed Manage late loaner follow-up and address branch compliance issues, escalating recurring trends with recommended actions Identify process improvements, support onboarding and training, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Field Inventory, GQO) What you need:
Required Qualifications:
High School or GED 5 years operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate skills/experience using Office 365 suite of applications including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. SAP experience Knowledge of ERP systems and/or inventory transactions within systems Experience in inventory control, production or customer service Ability to problem solve complex issues that include receiving and shipping discrepancies Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed $33.70/hr plus bonus eligible and benefits

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
