Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales - C Store, Food Service & Club to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead our sales initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the retail and food service industries, combined with strong leadership skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for the C Store, Food Service, and Club segments. Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key accounts and potential clients. Lead a high-performing sales team, providing direction, coaching, and motivation to achieve targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within C Store, Food Service, or Club environments. Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to success. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
